2. Baking soda and water
Baking soda is an effective home remedy for acidity. Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda in a glass of water and drink it regularly to cure acidity caused due to indigestion. You can also chew 2-3 grams of baking soda (equal to one teaspoon) with water or milk for relief from acidity caused due to indigestion.
3. Black pepper juice
Crush peppercorns by placing them in a mortar pestle along with a few drops of water and extract their juice by pressing them again and again using the pestle on them until you get black pepper juice. 4. Ginger
Ginger has anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties that help with digestion problems. You can add ginger to your food or drink it as tea.
5. Mint leaves
Mint leaves are known to relieve gas, bloating and indigestion naturally. Take 2-3 fresh mint leaves and chew them well before swallowing them down with some water or tea. You can also chew on dried mint leaves after meals to treat gas, bloating and indigestion naturally.
6. Blackstrap molasses
This is another great remedy for treating indigestion naturally because it contains iron which is essential for proper absorption of nutrients from food which helps reduce gastric problems like indigestion, diarrhea, constipation etc.. Add 1 teaspoon of blackstrap molasses to warm water and take 3 times daily.
